See the work, findings, decisions, risks, and renewals that need attention.

  1. Open My Work from the main navigation.
  2. Use the filters to focus on assigned or overdue work.
  3. Open an item to review its context and owner.
  4. Complete the action in the linked workspace area.
  5. Return to My Work to confirm the queue is current.
PlanningComplete the technology assessment

Create a current maturity baseline and identify improvement areas.

  1. Open Assessment under More tools.
  2. Review every technology domain.
  3. Choose the answer that reflects the current environment.
  4. Add evidence or context when helpful.
  5. Save and review the resulting priorities.
PlanningBuild and manage the roadmap

Turn priorities into owned work with timing, cost, dependencies, and outcomes.

  1. Open Roadmap.
  2. Choose the planning horizon.
  3. Create or open an initiative.
  4. Confirm its owner, timing, investment, dependencies, and success measures.
  5. Update status and delivery health as the work progresses.
EnvironmentDocument the technology environment

Record systems, vendors, ownership, lifecycle, criticality, and renewal context.

  1. Open Technology environment.
  2. Add critical identity, cloud, security, data, and business systems first.
  3. Record business and technical owners.
  4. Confirm lifecycle, support, criticality, data, and renewal details.
  5. Review records marked at risk or missing ownership.
EnvironmentImport existing records

Bring applications, vendors, and environment records into Tektory.

  1. Open Data import.
  2. Choose the record type.
  3. Download the matching CSV template.
  4. Keep its column names unchanged and add no more than 250 rows.
  5. Upload the file, review the preview, and confirm the import.
IntegrationsConnect a technology provider

Configure supported connections with the minimum required permissions.

  1. Open Integrations.
  2. Choose the provider and review its availability.
  3. Read the requested permissions and data use.
  4. Complete authorization when available.
  5. Verify connection health and the most recent synchronization.
AutomationReview a Tektory Action

Review, approve, validate, and document supported connected changes.

  1. Open Tektory Actions.
  2. Review the finding, proposed change, affected systems, impact, and permissions.
  3. Confirm the maintenance window and rollback information.
  4. An authorized approver may approve the action when ready.
  5. Review execution, validation, evidence, and audit history.

Prepare priorities, tradeoffs, and leadership guidance from workspace context.

  1. Open Tektory Advisor.
  2. Ask a focused question about priorities, risk, budget, or leadership reporting.
  3. Review the workspace records used for the answer.
  4. Open linked records to validate the underlying information.
  5. Use the guidance to prepare a decision.
ReportingCreate an executive report

Turn current technology data into leadership ready communication.

  1. Confirm the roadmap, environment, risks, findings, and investment records are current.
  2. Open Reports.
  3. Choose the executive report or board pack.
  4. Review priorities, decisions, exposure, delivery, and budget details.
  5. Print or save the final report as a PDF.
AdministrationInvite users and manage access

Give each person the correct workspace role.

  1. Open Workspace settings.
  2. Invite the user with their company email address.
  3. Choose the least privileged role that supports their responsibilities.
  4. Review active users and pending invitations regularly.
  5. Remove or change access when responsibilities change.
SupportTroubleshoot common issues

Resolve common access, import, synchronization, and display problems.

  1. Refresh the page and confirm the selected workspace.
  2. Confirm your role permits the action.
  3. For an integration, review connection health and the last synchronization.
  4. For an import, use the downloaded template and stay within the row limit.
  5. If the issue continues, create a support request without including passwords or secrets.
