Public website analytics
Tektory collects limited anonymous usage information to understand how the public website is used. This can include pages viewed, an anonymous browser identifier, a temporary session identifier, referring website domain, general device category, campaign tags, and the date and time of the visit.
Tektory does not store raw IP addresses for website analytics and does not use advertising cookies. Visitors with Do Not Track enabled are not counted. Anonymous identifiers are used only to estimate unique visitors and sessions.
Pilot applications and account information
When you apply for a pilot or create an account, Tektory stores the information you intentionally submit so the request can be reviewed and the service can be provided. Tektory uses secure identity providers and does not receive your identity provider password.
Customer workspace information
Customer workspace records are separated by company membership and role. Customers control what they enter, which users they invite, and which supported services they connect.
How information is used
Information is used to operate and secure Tektory, understand product usage, improve the website and platform, respond to requests, and communicate about pilots or services requested by the user.
